Nyuol Aguek is 6'10 and from South Sudan. He grew up without much money and had to work hard to have the opportunity to go to the Dunn School. The Dunn School gave him a scholorship and he played on the basketball team during the 2024-25 season. Along with play travel basketball, Nyuol was able to secure a offer from Southeastern Illinois College. However, in order to go to play Division 3 college basketball, Nyuol would have to pay for room and board at the school. Unfortunatley, Nyuol didn't have the money to afford this. Athletic Provisions Association was able to help pay for his room and board and now Nyuol is off to his first year of college.
